How Do I Book a Large Group Flight on Vueling Airlines?
To book a large group flight, make sure you have at least 10 persons ready to travel to the same destination on the same day. You can book group travel on Vueling Airlines through the airline website or through any authorized agent. The group applicant will have to create an account. Here are the other key steps the group applicant must follow to book a large group on Vueling.

Submit the request for a quote after logging into the group platform with your username and password.

You will get a quote from Vueling on the groups platform and you must accept the quote here.

Once you accept the quote, Vueling will block the seats for the passengers.

You will get a record locator for the group booking only after the final payment.

How Do Groups Work on Vueling Airlines?
You should know how groups work to derive all the benefits they allow. After you submit a quote request, the airline will give you a quote within 48 hours. You have up to 7 days to accept or decline the quote. Only after you accept the quote, the airline will block the seats for passengers. Group fares are guaranteed only for the number of passengers for whom the quotation is invited. When you add more passengers, you may not get the same fare. If the booking is made 35 or more days before departure - a) 30% of the payment within 5 days of quote acceptance. b) 70% of payment up to 30 days before departure.

If the booking is made 34 or 3 days before departure - 100% payment must be made at once.

Addition of Passenger Names

You can give the list of passenger names up to 7 days before departure.

Change of Passenger Names

Change of names between 7 days and up to 24 hours before departure will require you to pay a fee of 50 euros.
